Spring Has Sprung
“Spring is a lovely reminder of how beautiful change can truly be.” -Unknown
As the calendar changes again, we are all feeling hope in the air as the days are brighter and the temperatures are warmer. So far this year your practioners have attended continuing education classes, helped patients reduce pain, increase their range of motion, and even reduce chronic itchy skin. We are all eager to see what this next season has in store for us, our families, our practice, and our patients.
If you find yourself in a long season of pain, dysfunction or unease know that there are therapy options that can help all of you feel better. April is Craniosacral awareness month. For the practioners at AT2 craniosacral therapy offers us a tool in our toolbox to help with pain, TMJ dysfunction, trauma, just to name a few. This gentle hands-on technique focuses on listening to the body in order to treat it in a way that will bring more physical and emotional ease and comfort. Dr. John Upledger said, “Get out of your head and into your body and let’s see what the system knows how to do.”
