Laurel Myers graduated in 2014 from American International College with a degree in physical therapy. She has worked in a manual therapy outpatient practice since that time. She has previously participated in sports medicine research and is returning to AIC as an adjunct in the gross anatomy lab with first year physical and occupational therapy students. She began private practice in 2020.
Lindsey Anderson is a licensed physical therapist with nearly a decade of experience helping people live in motion. With a believe that every body is unique, Lindsey takes the time to truly understand clients’ needs and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or striving for better mobility, Lindsey provides a customized approach that will fit your lifestyle.
Deb Chesser PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics, neuromuscular re-education, injury healing and prevention. With over ten years of experience teaching movement-based classes, Deb establishes a collaborative plan of care with clients, acknowledging and accounting for past traumas, injuries, and comorbidities. She works with clients to facilitate an increased awareness of one’s body through knowledge of movement, to empower mind-body connection, and to foster healing.
April Rex is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, focusing on discovering your entire physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual history. As you tell your story, April tunes in to how your body moves during your brain’s work. During an initial assessment, April will synthesize your body’s needs and establish a healing path to move you forward toward your best possible self. Sessions encompass gentle hands-on techniques, posture, body mechanics, movement, grounding, and more.
Nolan Gardner, PT, DPT, CFMT specializes in using an integrative and holistic approach to the human body. Blending techniques from proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, Feldenkrais, Rolfing, osteopathy, Pilates, joint mobilization, and visceral manipulation, he uses his advanced certification in Functional Manual Therapy® as the foundation of his treatment style. Nolan believes the body is an interconnected system in which the painful part is not always the “problem” part, and that treating the whole person is vital in restoring function and helping patients to return to the activities that they love.
